We are pleased to have completed this luxury development consisting of 73 apartments over 6 blocks. 2 of which were affordable housing. The remaining 4 blocks, fitted out with bespoke concealed fixtures and fittings, HIU’s and under floor heating to each apartment. Boosted cold water mains and Low Temperature Hot Water distribution to each apartment. Complete public health drainage from basement underslung to roof vents.
