1st fix of centralised suspended SVPs and associated rising stacks to each floor. Centralised mechanical distribution from Plant Rooms to riser positions and throughout each core. LTHW Htg pipework was installed in steel with a combination of mechanical grooved fittings and traditional screwed joints. Pressurised cold water was installed in copper and brazed. Additionally, CPN installed all the services to a smaller block comprising of 27 units.
