This completed project was split over two blocks totalling 231 apartments. CPN secured the full plumbing and public health drainage package. Each apartment included a HIU, modern fixtures and radiators. The drainage was HDPE pipework joined together with a butt welded joint. CPN also carried out the 1st fix/ 2nd fix of the basement/ ground floors commercial areas. This included multiple welfare facilities and office spaces.
